Notes for Nancy SULLINSFrom the 1 Oct 1819 issue of the Missouri Intelligencer, Franklin, MO: "Public Sale. Will be sold on the 15th of October, at the widow PROCTER's in little Boone Famme bottom, all the property of Micajah PROCTER decd. consisting of household and kitchen furniture, farming utensils, horses, cattle, hogs, corn &c. Twelve months credit will be given for all large sums, sale to commence at 10 o'clock. Edward D. SULLINS, Nancy PROCTER Administrators."
From Abstracts of Record Book A, 1821-1830, County Clerk, Boone County, MO, p. 94: 19 Feb 1822, Nancy PROCTOR, next friend to Elizabeth, Louisa, John and Micajah PROCTOR, infant orphans under the age of fourteen of Micajah PROCTOR deceased, relinquishes her right of guardianship. Court appointed Edward D. SULLINS their guardian with John SULLINS and William E. MATHIS securities. (In the clerk's original notes, Mary PROCTOR was also listed as an infant orphan, but her name does not appear in the official record book.).
In 1826 her children were living in Boone and Cole Counties, Missouri. Information on descendants from Donald C. PROCTOR, M.D. <dcp@@mantaweb.com>, Laura CRANE <lcrane@@mail.coin.missouri.edu>, and Lynne ALVORD <skalvord@@orca.esd114.wednet.edu> via Dee G. SULLINS, Jr., McDonough, GA on 8 Feb 2000.
Notes for John C. SULLINSIn 1803 he signed a petition to form Rutherford County from Davidson Co., TN. He appeared on the census of 1810 at Rutherford Co., TN, p. 45. Published in the Missouri Intelligence Ledger of Howard Co., MO, on 1 Mar 1826: [Edwards D. SULLINS, Adm.,] "did on the 2nd day of Feb. 1826 obtain from the judge of probate Court of Boone Co. letters of administration on the estates of John SULLINS dec'd."

Notes for Nathan SULLINS , Sr.There is NO DOCUMENTED LIST OF HIS CHILDREN'S NAMES. From Halifax Co., VA, Mortgage Book 6, p. 179-80, 31 July 1766, records: "Confirmed and by those present doth grant Bargain sell & lien release and confirm unto these Thomas YUILLE James MURDOCK & Company their heirs and assignes forever one certain tract or parcel of land containing one hundred Acres more or less lying and being on Mirey Creek in Halifax County being the same land which the said Nathan SULLINS had from his father Richard SULLINS which land the said Richard SULLINS purchased of Joseph SPRADLIN To have and to hold the aforesaid tract or parcel of land."
The 1782 Halifax Co., VA, tax list shows 10 white persons in his household. The 1785 Halifax Co., VA, tax list of J. W. P. Notes for Joseph SULLINSHe is possibly the son of Josiah SULLINS. From 1805-22 he appears in Roane Co., TN, records. In 1824 he received a land grant in Sevier Co., TN.
Notes for Richard SULLINSIn Halifax County, Virginia, March Court 1760, Richard SULLINS appeared in the custody of the Sheriff pursuant to an order of last Court. Charged with passing a counterfit bill of Virginia currency, SULLINS declared that he received the bill of William FUQUA, whereupon said FUQUA was summoned.
On 3 March 1760 he was granted 400 acres in Halifax Co., Virginia, by King George II for 40 shillings. An inventory of his estate was recorded in Halifax Co., VA, Will Book O, p. 313-14 on 15 Aug 1771.
