She was preceded in death by her first husband, Joseph Neil Bruce Sr.
Survivors include her husband, Richard Lamer; two sons, Joseph Neil Bruce Jr. and Randy Bruce; a daughter, Nancy Bruce; a brother, Wallace "Bud"Saunders of Elkins; five grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
There will be a celebration of Roxie's life at 5 p.m. today at the home. Arrangements are through Floral Haven in Broken Arrow, Okla., (918 ) 252-2518. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
